Refund policy

Returns:

  1. All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days (excluding sale periods) from the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  2. To initiate a return request, you must provide an unboxing video of the original package delivered. We will only accept returned items in their original packaging.
  3. Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours of placement. Once a package has been packed and shipped, Versailles reserves the right to charge two-way shipping costs.
  4. If a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipped order is canceled or not accepted after it has been shipped, Versailles reserves the right to deny future orders.
  5. Versailles follows a 'No Return, Only Exchange' policy. Return requests must be made via WhatsApp or email. After raising a return request, you will receive a response within 24-48 hours, either with or without a resolution.
  6. All return requests must be approved before processing. If a request is deemed eligible, reward points will be credited to your Versailles account.
  7. While we are confident in the design and quality of our products, if you find that the delivered product does not meet your requirements and wish to return it, an unboxing video in the original packaging must be provided when raising a return request within 24 hours of delivery. The items must be in unused condition, and return fees will apply.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at the provided email address to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item.

Refunds:


- After receiving your return within 5 days of purchase and inspecting the item's condition, we will process your refund through reward points credited to your registered Versailles account. We may request an unboxing photo or video for verification if any damage is observed.

- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund and return.

- Refunds will only be provided as reward points on our online store.

- You can quickly redeem these reward points on your next purchase.

- Please allow at least five (5) business days (excluding sale periods) to process your refund after initiating the return request. You will be notified by email when your refund reward points are credited to your account.
